Centriole!
The centriole is the dense center of the centrosome. Only animal cells have centrosomes which is also called the "microtubualr organizing center". The centriole is where microtubulars are made.During cell division the centrosome divides into two parts and and each part moves to opposite sides of the cell.

Vacuoles!
Vacuoles are fluid-filled sacs that are contained within the cell. They fill with food being digested and waste material that is on its way out of the cell. They store enzymes and metabolic wastes. All cells have Vacuoles but plant cells have a large central vacuole that takes up most of the space within the cell. A vacuole can take up to 90% of the space within a cell pushing the other organelles towards the membrane. The job of a vacuole is to store waste enzymes and waste often times these wasted that are stored can be toxic and have to be kept away from the other organelles.
